Free of the cancer that is Raffaello Follieri (sentenced to four and a half years in prison for fraud), actress Anne Hathaway is out to remake her image.

Or at least strip down to her underwear for Vogue.

Not that we're complaining. Not by any means. We just aren't sure if the photo below is hot or not. We weren't expecting Anne Hathaway nude or anything, but she could be showing off a little more skin ... and the cigarette's kind of a downer.

We've always considered ourselves to be big Anne Hathaway fans. And the black-and-white swimsuit picture is pretty hot, come to think of it. Well done, Anne.
