For all the time we spend ripping on the epic dweebs that are Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, it's worth noting that for all that is annoying about the self-promoting losers, The Hills duo is often spotted giving back to their community.
This won't stop our bashing of them. Not remotely.

It's Heidi Montag's 22nd birthday today! We're working on a special little photo tribute to the wannabe barbie doll birthday girl a little later this afternoon.

oh please stop using cancer research if you are truly both helping on that case just keep going no need to open your mouth in the public or to make only story.... coz both of you are suck....

oh please!! they couldn't care less about cancer research!! they are just in it for the good publicity. if they give money then great but they're not doing it for the right reasons!!
