Verne Troyer just can’t catch a break.

First, the Ranae Shrider sex tape gets leaked. Now the new chick he's dating goes and starts cheating on him with Jason “Wee Man” Acuna of Jackass fame.

Canadian model Dominique Arganese was last seen locking lips with Verne in Vegas, but New York Post gossipers are claiming they recently saw her getting it on with Jason “Wee Man” Acuna - the wild, crazy, skateboarding Jackass star.

At an even four feet, he's a foot taller than Verne Troyer. Does that give him a complex when both are technically... little? Just some food for thought.

The skanky ways of Dominique Arganese are still relatively little-known, but they helped get her a job in Vegas, performing in an up-and-coming show.

Her new boss, Jeff Beacher, summing up Vegas as well as anyone ever has, stated that “[Dominique] is of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen, and as soon as I heard she was sleeping with every midget in town, I knew she was perfect for my show.”

With all the attention paid to Kim Kardashian on Dancing With the Stars this week, we've largely ignored one critical component of the hit TV competition:

Hunky male stars.

Last night, David Letterman berated John McCain for the second straight evening after the Republican presidential candidate canceled his scheduled appearance on The Late Show Wednesday to focus on the nation's economic crises.

She's no Heather Mills (who is?), but after less than two months of working Chris Kattan, Sunshine Tutt is going home with a nice consolation prize.

Despite an initial prenup that was supposed to grant Tutt less than $10,000, she somehow renegotiated a six-figure divorce settlement this week.

Ronald Richards, lawyer for Sunshine Tutt, said:

"My client is very relieved that she can leave this two month marriage with some resources that will allow her to rebuild her life."

We're sure she is.

Chris Kattan and Sunshine Tutt were only married for 59 days, which is actually not even as long as it sounds, as they were separated a good portion of that time.

The lovebirds married June 28 in Yosemite Valley, California. They split up almost immediately after, citing the time-honored "irreconcilable differences."

How irreconcilable could any fight be after a few weeks? Unless she had never seen any of his SNL skits prior to marrying him ... that'd be a deal breaker.

World famous, sexy as hell and legally an adult at the age of 19, Joe Jonas could have sex with just about any girl of his choosing in the United States.

Yet the evangelical Christian boy bander elects not to.

It's an admirable, albeit dubious, stance. Still, as the middle Jonas Brother left the gym Thursday, he couldn't help but flaunt his hotness a little ...

Shenae Grimes, 18, was spotted on the set of 90210 in L.A. this week with what appears to be - lo and behold - a styrofoam container. Of food!

And we thought Hulk Hogan and Jennifer McDaniel was the weirdest pairing in some time. Stick-thin Shenae and a balanced meal may top that.

WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL: 90210 actress Shenae Grimes grabs lunch on the set of the CW show this week. No word on whether she threw up in her trailer afterward.

After a weak of rumors, leaks, fake covers and reports of her shooting the video in dominatrix garb, Britney Spears' new single, "Womanizer," is out.

Now that she's snagged a hot, older man in Justin Gaston, Miley Cyrus may have decided to let herself go. At least when it comes to fashion sense.

Seriously. We're not sure if those earrings are big enough. And is the purpose of that headband to hold the hair in the least attractive position? Oh, and nice boots - those should be perfect for traversing the arctic tundra of Los Angeles later today.

Come on, girl. You can do better.

We say all this out of love, of course. We heart Miley Cyrus 4-eva!

Alan Panettiere, the father of 19-year-old Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere, has been officially charged with misdemeanor battery, TMZ reports.

"Skip" was booked back in August on a charge of felony domestic violence after he allegedly hit wife Lesley in the face, leaving a visible bruise.

They were spotted arguing at a Hollywood charity benefit that night. Police were called to their W. Hollywood home at 3:15 a.m. after the incident.

Lesley Panettiere, Hayden's mother and manager, and husband/father Alan.

Alan is due in court next month. He could get a year in jail if convicted. Still, both Alan and Lesley Panettiere have been downplaying the arrest.

"It was all a big misunderstanding," Alan recently told Extra.

Although a police report claims Alan struck Lesley three times, the couple insist “nothing actually happened. [We] love each other very much and want everyone to know that the matter was completely blown out of proportion.”
