Seriously. We're not sure if those earrings are big enough. And is the purpose of that headband to hold the hair in the least attractive position? Oh, and nice boots - those should be perfect for traversing the arctic tundra of Los Angeles later today.

    Honestly,I look up to Miley. She's a sweeteart & really doesn't care what people say about her. Yeah, she's made mistakes and dresses down when she's strollig around. But doesn't everyone do that? Noone can look 100% all the time. Not even the prettiest woman in the world. Why can't you guys just get over yourselves? Miley is gorgeous no matter what she's wearing. stop picking on her because she's breakin out of her child shell and becoming an adult WITH HER OWN FASHION! Miley, you're gorgeous. Never stop being yourself.

    Miley is beautiful and i think she can pull off the slack look. just the boots dont go at all. i love how she can change her style everyday though.

    This outfit is awful. I've seen her in great, casual outfit. Not this one. The headband is ridicolous. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz? Bloody God!
