Still, when Britney Spears emerged from the Takami Sushi & Robata Restauarant in L.A. wearing a short black wig on Wednesday, one couldn't help but think back to the good ol' days of the pink wig and British accent.

Arriving in Paris

Fortunately, this time she was wearing panties - and didn't hop into a car with Adnan Ghalib and speed off into the night. Instead, the 26-year-old star’s entourage tried to shield her from the cameras before getting her into the car.

Britney's new single, "Womanizer" is scheduled to drop soon.
