All that sex has finally paid off for Jenna Jameson.

The adult film star and boyfriend Tito Ortiz are expecting!

"Yes, I can confirm I’m pregnant. It’s still early, so I’m being cautious. I’m resting as much as possible," Jameson told Us Weekly. "I'm so happy!"

Overshadowed by Nikki Jayne nowadays, porn queen Jenna Jameson is looking to start a family.

The unveiling of the Dancing with the Stars cast and a fourth American Idol judge made this quite the banner day for TV news.

We had Kim Kardashian and the new Dancing cast pretty much pegged, but the latter - Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Kara DioGuardi joining American Idol when the musical competition returns this January - came out of left field.

A week after Lo and Audrina's showdown, Lauren Conrad opens up to beau Doug Reinhardt about the aftermath on tonight's episode of The Hills.

"It was kind of a disaster," she tells him over lunch.

Doug Reinhardt lets her remarks sink in for a moment and then responds: "Everything, everybody in your life is hectic... Let's go do somethin.'"

Sure, it helps if you're starting off with hair like Blake's. But Here's a breakdown of how you can emulate this celebrity hairstyle:

1. Blow-dry hair with a diffuser and Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray.
2. Curl hair with 2-inch curling iron. Pull out curls with fingers.
3. Select random front pieces to twist and braid on each side of the head.
4. Loosely pin back twists and braids with bobby pins. Spray with Bed Head Spray-on Shine and Bed Head Master Piece Spray all over.

Now that the official Dancing with the Stars season seven cast has been announced, we have to ask:

Is the show courting controversy in order to increase ratings?

Unlike American Idol - whose popularity sagged last year, leading to the hiring of Kara DioGuardi as a fourth judge - Dancing with the Stars doesn't appear to need a shake-up. Nevertheless, we can't help but wonder what the producers were thinking for two reasons:

1. Kim Kardashian nude photos;
2. Brooke Burke nude photos.

Indeed, two of the quasi celebrities chosen for the upcoming season are famous almost solely due to their penchant for getting naked. Each has appeared in Playboy and one has gotten absolutely railed by Ray J on tape.

Hide the kiddie porn, Charlie Sheen. You're about to be a father again!

The actor and wife Brooke Mueller are reportedly expecting a baby. It would be the third child for Sheen (he has to two daughters with Satanic ex-wife Denise Richards) and the first for Mueler.

“They are so happy and excited,“ an insider told In Touch Weekly. “They are in love, and this news makes things even better.”

Might an American Idol catfight be brewing?

Paula Abdul appeared on Phoenix's 104.7 KISS FM Johnjay & Rich radio show this morning and sounded less than thrilled about the addition of Kara DioGuardi to the reality competition's judging table.

"I am concerned about the audience and acceptance," Abdul said, adding the profound prediction that "time will tell. We'll see."

Kara DioGuardi can write songs. But can she judge those that sing them?

The quirky judge added that American Idol producers hired DioGuardi because they "wanted to try a change."

"They always tried for a fourth judge because it followed the format of the original show, Pop Idol," Abdul said. "We haven't had much luck with that working, but we're gonna give it another try."

Sounds like Paula is concerned about another female stealing her completely insane thunder on the show.

On the eve of the Democratic National Convention, Madonna has sparked some controversy by including Republican presidential hopeful John McCain in a video montage on her tour that includes Adolf Hitler and Robert Mugabe.

The montage is shown as Madonna sings "Get Stupid" on her "Sticky & Sweet" tour. Images of John McCain, Hitler and Mugabe appear among a litany of images of destruction and global warming until the song nears its end.

That's when images of John Lennon, Al Gore, Mahatma Gandhi and yes, even Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama, are shown.

John McCain's camp quickly fired back against this lunacy.

"The comparisons are outrageous, unacceptable and crudely divisive all at the same time," McCain campaign spokesman Tucker Bounds said.

"It clearly shows that when it comes to supporting Barack Obama, his fellow celebrities refuse to consider any attack off limits," he added.

Regardless of how you feel about McCain, the Material Girl may have gone a bit overboard in likening him to genocidal maniacs. Just a bit.

Amy Winehouse's mother-in-law, Georgette Civil, has called for her to be arrested after the junkie was caught again on video snorting cocaine.

The crackhead Back to Black crooner was secretly filmed hoovering up the quite illegal drug - smack in the middle of a packed London pub.

This is the first time Georgette Civil has spoken out about the shocking 36-second footage, which was filmed last month during Amy's DJ set.

Her sensational comments come in the week that walking corpse Amy Winehouse is set for another rehab stint at the Focus 12 Clinic in Suffolk.

Amy has been booked into the clinic just a short drive from the jail where hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is serving a 27-month sentence.

But rather than pushing for Blake's rumored, possible early release, Georgette Civil wants Amy locked up right along side addict son.

“Prison will do Amy far more good than Rehab,” she said. “I’m shocked by the video. When I look at Amy I think: ‘For Christ’s sake, just get a grip of yourself.’ Enough is enough. As the police know, Amy is a drug addict - and she has now been caught twice on film taking illegal drugs - they should arrest her and put her behind bars. Rehab clinics are a waste of money."

Don't call it a comeback.

No, really, don't. She's not singing or performing anytime soon.

"Britney Spears will not be performing at the VMAs this year. I'm telling you officially and unequivocally," Ryan Seacrest quoted Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, as saying on his KIIS-FM radio show Monday morning.

Rudolph added that Brit "is in the middle of recording her next album, which is going amazingly well, and was never supposed to perform at that show."

The idea of Spears performing had been rumored for weeks. Her hair stylist was supposedly working on some hot new weaves "looks" for the occasion.

Britney has also been looking very hot and feeling healthy latel - a far cry from her Cinemax soft porn audition VMA "performance" last year (below), which The New York Times called "awful" and "nothing that sounded or looked like live singing."

The singer is still involved in the show in some capacity in '08, however. Spears is appearing alongside host Russell Brand in some funny TV ads, and is up for three VMAs — including Video of the Year for her song "Piece of Me."
