Granted, the headline above implies that Brooke Hogan once had it.

Still, the awful singer and reality TV star has reached a new low in her attempts at attention.

Brooke posted a pair of pretend mug shots on her MySpace account this week, holding a sign in one of them that claims she'd rather be with her brother in jail. We assume fashion sense is a crime in some states, so this may still be plausible.

After publishing the photos above and below, Brooke acted as though they garnered a lot of press, while proceeding to pretend as though that was not her intention. Here's her latest blog entry:

Facing a difficult family life, Brooke Hogan is crying out for attention.

Although former American Idol sensation Carrie Underwood has become one of country music's biggest stars, fame has its downside – dating.

"You never really know why somebody wants to be around you, or if they do genuinely like you," Underwood, 25, tells Allure.

"I wish everyone had a label on their forehead so you could automatically tell their intentions. Sometimes you just wish that no one wanted anything from you."

The star recalls a time soon after her success on American Idol when a guy who'd ignored her in college – clearly enamored by her newfound success – called saying that "he wanted to explain." That's what they all say.

Fame hasn't helped create lasting relationships for her either. Earlier this year, Underwood split from Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford via text-message.

As for Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, who now is dating a possibly (or at least wannabe) pregnant Jessica Simpson, Carrie Underwood says she still hears from the football star sometimes – but doesn't always pick up.

"We were both small town people doing very big things, and we relied on each other, dealing with fame," says the singer. "And now "I don't know. The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer."

They're both beautiful.

They both have steady boyfriends.

They both have long brown hair and star in second-rate movies.

Asked by celebrity gossip tabloid In Touch if she would return for another season of her reality dating show, Tila Tequila said:

"MTV asked me to do another season, but I don’t want to do that right now. I’m going to do something else with my life. It’s time to move on."

And move on she has!

After grinding it out with socialite Courtenay Semel earlier this month, Tila was spotted again last week alongside the daughter of Yahoo's CEO. A source for The New York Post reports that Tequila and Semel attended Thursday’s EA Sports/Xbox 360 premiere of Madden NFL '09 in Los Angeles, as the insider noted:

“Everyone was going wild. Tila was downing Effen vodka shots all night and hanging all over Courtenay. Tila was totally into her and was dirty-dancing with her, but everyone was still asking where Casey was.”

Tila Tequila and Courtenay Semel: Lesbian lovers?

Semel, who was rumored to be a lesbian in high school, isn't shy about her feelings for the MTV reality star.

“I’d seen the show and just needed to meet her…and it just happened,” Semel said, adding that the “best friends” often lie in bed watching movies, while sharing clothes and makeup.

With this relationship out in the open, we need to know: Which pair of lesbian lovers do you prefer: Semel and Tequila, or Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson?

Former American Idol finalist Clay Aiken was seen cradling his newborn son, Parker Foster Aiken, as he left Durham (N.C.) Regional Hospital.

The parents of baby Parker Foster Aiken, along with Clay's mother, rode off to his family home in the North Carolina countryside. How sweet.

Kevin Jonas is our new hero.

Prior to a concert at Madison Square Garden last night - during The Jonas Brothers were joined on stage by Demi Lovato - Kevin helped fuel the fire of a feud that just won't die.

As you can see below, Jonas is wearing a shirt that reads Team Demi and Selena, an allusion to the singers' rivalry with fellow young Disney star, Miley Cyrus. It's no surprise Nick would choose the side of Lovato and Gomez.

Brother Nick is rumored to be dating Selena.

The talentless hack reportedly announced to boyfriend Tony Romo’s parents that she is pregnant - although it appears it was a false positive.

That would be enough for a good story right there, but according to our sources, the Romos didn’t react exactly the way she may have hoped:

“There was a huge fight at the Romo home on July 18,” a source close to the family said. “Jessica and Tony thought that she was pregnant and happily announced it to the family. The news resulted in dead silence."

"Then Tony’s dad, Ramiro, said, ‘You’re not married. this is crazy!’ Tony’s mom Joan joined in, demanding, ‘How can you do this to us?’”

Jessica Simpson: Not pregnant, but "feverishly" trying.

Jessica Simpson said her home pregnancy test showed a positive result and that she was heading for a doctor to find out for her.

A spokesperson for Jessica later said she is not pregnant, but pals close to the alleged singer say it’s not for her lack of trying.

“Her friends know she’s feverishly trying to conceive,” said an insider.

Memo to Tony - she may pull the goalie, a la Rielle Hunter.

The Hills' Lauren Conrad has confirmed that she will be designing a dress for next month’s Emmy Awards, calling it a “huge compliment.”

“I’m doing one. I may be doing two,” she said Saturday in Las Vegas before hosting a night at Christian Audigier The Nightclub.

The designer of the Lauren Conrad Collection will be dressing the show’s “trophy girls” who bring the awards on stage for the eventual winner.

LC elaborated on the challenge she faces:

“It’s a huge compliment to be asked to do that, and it was really amazing to be taken seriously, but I have my work cut out for me.”

The invitation to design the dress is a victory for Lauren Conrad, who's been called out lately for her supposed lack of involvement in her clothing line.

“I didn’t even really respond to the rumors because they were so silly,” The Hills beauty said. “[The rumors] came from someone who knew how important the fashion line is to me and knew that saying that would hurt me.”

The Hills star also squashed rumors that she is dating Kyle Howard. When asked if the two were dating, she laughed, saying “No, but I do know him, yes.”

You gotta love Lynne Spears. Whoring out your kids for a decade - then trying to make EVEN MORE money off them by writing a memoir about it?

Diabolical. This may trump even Dina Lohan's lofty achievements.

Apparently Lynne has made it Through the Storm. Guess securing huge ass royalty checks, Range Rovers and mansions with ridiculous names by sponging off train wreck kids will get one through just about any storm one might encounter.

In a book so absurd we can't believe it's real, Lynne Spears relays her "parenting tips" in the memoir due out next week. At least Bryan Spears gets a mention. Might as well include the non-screw up, too, right? Peep the cover below ...

Tori Spelling might not appear on The CW's 90210 remake after all. 

This is thrilling news for those of us who couldn't care less about what Donna Martin is up to these days - but the reason behind Spelling's change of heart is interesting celebrity gossip news.

According to Deadline Hollywood, the actress initially postponed plans to appear on the series pilot because she gave birth. Seems reasonable enough.

But this is Tori Spelling. Nothing is reasonable.

New rumors state that 90210 producers offered Spelling $10k to $20k per episode to reprise her role as Donna Martin. A decent salary for what was never meant to be a full-time part.

But when Tori found out that Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty were taking home twice that amount, she dropped out of the show.

While we're excited to watch a Spelling-free 90210, we're not psyched for many more seasons of a Tori reality show, as the desperate actress has no other way to make money.
