Just how famous are Lauren Conrad and The Hills?

Tour buses stop in front of their $2.3 million, three-bedroom Hollywood Hills home "between 15 and 20 times a day — with speakers!" she said.

"They've started letting them out of the bus in front of our house!" LC, 22, told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. "If we're about to leave and someone yells 'Star Tours,' you hit the ground. If you go down, they can't see you."

The Los Angeles Times recently reported that residents on Lauren Conrad's once-quiet Hollywood block between Sunset and Hollywood boulevards are becoming outraged by the ongoing filming of the hit MTV "reality" show.

But Lauren Conrad says that's not her problem.

"They're complaining about the tour buses ... and the paparazzi," she said. "They're both things that we cannot help. I sympathize with my neighbors — I wouldn't want to deal with that, either. We're also victims of that, though — we don't want to deal with that. They should be complaining to the city."

She also said the neighbors "can be awful" to her and roommates, who include Lauren "Lo" Bosworth and Audrina Patridge.

The neighbors may not stay angry for too long: Lauren Conrad said the new season of The Hills, starting Monday on MTV, will likely be its last.

Then again, LC said that about the previous (third) season too.

"I would love to finish out the show and continue doing fashion," she said. "Or I'd love to get involved in production - to be on the other side!"

shes been in a movie before
she has her own clothing line
and shes in school.

it doesnt take much to be famous? um she does a lot. obviously.

Ugh, she's so fake. she's only a star on her show, that's the only reason why she is who she is. why the heck is she famous...whatever...she's so lame...so boring...so desperate...and so like boyfriendless....

Lets face it, she is a star. The show is a hit, the drama is interesting and we are all hooked to it. I feel sorry for her that the tour buses and papparazzi know where she lives.

She could do movies if she wanted too, and everyone would go see her. SO She is an A - Lister.

Lauren and the The Hills are getting TOO FAMOUS! Tour buses are seriously stopping in front of her house as part of their Star Map tours?! That is is so ridiculous! As much as I love LC, what exactly is she famous for? O yea, for being on a "reality" TV show. How can she be equated to real A-List celebs like Matt Damon and Cameron Diaz? It takes nothing at all to be famous these days...I think other people and journalists are all coming to the same LC conclusion. Here's another example of someone who thinks LC is starting to become too much:
