Julianne Hough Fashion: Yay or Nay?
Julianne Hough is our favorite Dancing with the Stars professional of all-time. No offense, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Nevertheless, we can't say we're a big fan of Hough's look below. The off-the-shoulder outfit, the swirling design that leaves one side exposed and one's eyes blurry. It's just too much.

You do realize that this is prolly an outfit for the show or at least for rehearsals. So give it a rest.
