The Hills' Whitney Port was seen hanging out in New York City's Meatpacking district with her new boyfriend, who we believe is named Alex. We're not sure of this at the moment, but either way, they sure are cute, don't you think?

One thing's for sure, they look happy! Snuggling, kissing and making each other laugh were all on the agenda as The Hills star and her new man left the Diane Von Furstenberg store, where she's rumored to be working now.
