Just as the New York Yankees star endured a firestorm of controversy over his alleged affair with Madonna - not true, her rep says - several celeb gossip sources report today that it A-Rod's the one being cheated on!

Perez Hilton reports that Alex Rodriguez's wife, Cynthia Rodriguez, who stood by him last year amid rumors of his infidelity, has left him.

For Lenny Kravitz.

A source says Cynthia Rodriguez left their two young daughters in Miami to go on a romantic getaway with Lenny Kravitz in Paris.

That's where the two supposedly are right now.

Alex is in New York with the Yankees, while Cynthia Rodriguez has left their kids to go be with Lenny, a family friend was quoted as saying.

A-Rod, whose manager, Guy Oseary, is also Madonna's (thus the connection), was reportedly developing a friendship with the Material Girl.
