Jason Earles: Leave Miley Cyrus Alone!
Jason Earles plays Miley Cyrus' older brother on Hannah Montana.
Now, life is imitating art, as the young actor is speaking out in defense of his friend.
"I feel like they are picking on her," Earles told People Magazine, referring to the criticism Cyrus has received for a number of recently released photos. "She's a really good kid and like any normal 15-year-old, she's not always going to make the best decisions.

Earles also emphasized the overlooked charity work Miley focuses on.
"If you'd see the amount of time she spends with the Make-A-Wish kids that come down to the set or the Phone-A-Friend program, where she calls these sick kids to cheer them up," he said. "If people saw the amount of positive things that she does, they would see how silly the picture 'scandals' really are."
Cyrus, who her friend says is a "great role model," is in the middle of filming the Hannah Montana movie. Do you agree with what Earles said?

not that i like miley cyrus or that i think that she's a good role model, but yeah i think they should lay off her. everybody had problems. no biggie.

I don't think people should judge Miley for what she did just because she's famous. Many girls do the same thing that she did everyday but no one ever makes a big deal about it like they have with Miley. And no im not on her side, because i know what she did was bad and im sure she knows its bad too. And yea shes probably gunna do it again but she will learn from her mistakes and sooner or later itll all stop. I for one do not think that she should have done that in the first place, its not something to just put out there and im not judging her for being famous but she expects everyone to look up to her and she wants to be a role model?!?!?!?! then she needs to act like a role model, maybe she thought that was the only was to get more attention or whatever but showing urself to the world is not a way to get that honey. why would you want people to look at you as a whore? just be yourself and people will love you for that but im just tellin you now....your not gunna get anywhere in life
