Holy Assault Charges! Christian Bale Accused of Beating Up Family

With a record-breaking movie in theaters around the world, life should be great for Christian Bale.

Instead, The Dark Knight star finds himself accused of a rather heinous crime.

The Sun reports that Bale is under investigation for assaulting his own family. The Batman portrayer is alleged to have lashed out on Sunday night against his mother and sister at London's Dorchester Hotel.

Reportedly, Bale's mom, Jenny, and sister, Sharon, went to a police station in Hampshire yesterday to file the charge. A police spokesman said:

“We can confirm we have received allegations from another force in relation to an alleged incident in central London.”
