Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt Race to Erase MS

The Hills villains Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratted took part in The Nancy Davis Foundation’s Race For Publicity To Erase MS Orange Pass benefit, at the Melrose Shopping District in L.A. on Wednesday.

It's been too long - hours - since our last Spencer and Heidi sighting.

Heidi was recently spotted hanging with Meghan McCain, daughter of Arizona Sen. and GOP presidential hopeful John McCain. We are really hoping this will lead to Spencer landing the Vice Presidential spot on the Republican ticket.

As for Spencer Pratt, he told Access Hollywood he has been "praying" for Lauren Conrad since her clothing line was dropped by boutique Kitson.
