I'm going to have to go with Ms Bilson. Ms Cavallari didn't really add much to make it her own, whereas Ms Bilson added a bag, a hat, a belt, sunglasses, bracelet and some cute shoes.

Defenitely Rachel Bilson! It looks way too short and slutty on Kristin Cavallari.

I hate to admit it since Rachel Bilson is my all-time favorite, but Kristin looks really cute in this dress, even better than Rachel.
