Charlie Sheen Sues Denise Richards, Wants Full Custody
Just another day in the Charlie Sheen-Denise Richards feud.
The star of It's Complicated has (falsely) accused her ex of molestation of their two daughters - and in response, he's moving for full custody of the kids by charging that his former spouse is a pathological liar.
Richards dragged Sheen into a Los Angeles courtroom last week for a mysterious "emergency" child-custody hearing to screen videos of their girls, Sam and Lola, supposedly acting in strange and disturbing ways.
Charlie Sheen's lawyers - who got the "evidence" dismissed - presented their own videos of the girls acting normally at his house.
This latest development comes after Richards shamelessly said the kids are in therapy and said Sheen's behavior was/is to blame.
A Sheen source said, "Denise's accusations were vile. She was basically trying to say Charlie manipulated the kids and acted inappropriately. It's disgusting and untrue. Charlie is furious ...Denise has really pushed it too far."
"She came after Charlie because the ratings on her E! reality show have tanked and they were threatening not to renew," the source continued.
"She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge's chambers - which wasn't allowed. It's ridiculous."
Sheen is said to be so furious, he's "out to prove Denise's lack of veracity and sue her in civil court for defamation." Then he'll sue for child custody.
The Two and a Half Men star feels Richards has defamed him, especially after she denied sending [his current wife] Brooke Mueller an e-mail in which she claims to want his sperm for another child.
Richards says the e-mail is a fake. Sheen claims he has the e-mail and is getting a team of forensic computer geeks to verify its authenticity.

Charlie is soooo lame!!! He is the one with the bad past i dont know why everyone hates on Denise... she seems really misunderstood and i really dont think she is the one that has started all of this... charlie has been talking bad about her for so long and now that she is sticking up for herself she is the bad one... give me a break! Team DENISE!!

thats your opinion.
My opinion is that great mothers don't mess with the relationships of her children and their father. She picked him, she knew his PAST, and yet had not one, but two children with him.
Now it's time for her to get her payback.
She shouldn't have custody if she prevents him from having a good relationship with HIS girls.
She is such a sore loser.

Preach on Judy!! I agree that good parents don't try to damage the relationship the children have with the non-custodial parent. It's kinda sick, actually.

If she lied about him molesting the kids, marrying him was not the only bad thing she did. Her claim is a serious accusation that can destroy lives including her daughters. Only a vile person would lie about that.
Amanda, she was fully aware of his past when she got involved with him so if his past makes him a bad person what does it say about her. If she was a great mother should would put her kids first by not airing her family problems in the media and trying to interfere in their relationship with their father.

she seems to have a personality disorder. she's a little crazy. she should not be doing this to her children, no wonder they are seeing a shrink!!!!
