The 41-year old actress and French billionaire - who have a child together - are planning a ceremony for August in Saint-Tropez, according to People en Espanol.

"The happy bachelor is probably very proud and happy that he was able to change Salma's mind," said a source close to the couple, regarding Hayek's long-held stance that marriage was not something she envisioned for her future.

This bitch is such a freakin GOLD DIGGER. If this guy wasn't a BILLIONAIRE she wouldnt look his way twice. Some women are so sickening. How can you "pretend" to love somebody who looks like that? She is pretty much set for life now, she sealed the deal by getting knocked up, she is a gold digger but she is a smart one. No financial worries for her and her daughter for the rest of their lives.

Wonderful news. Their daughter must be gorgeous!! Lucky Salma. Now how did she find her billionaire? I would like one myself!! Why not? Falling in love with a billionaire, would be a lot easier than loving a pauper.
