Anne Hathaway's ex, Raffaello Follieri, appeared in federal court Tuesday after his arrest on a dozen counts of money laundering, conspiracy and fraud.

Looking a little shabby in jeans, a blue sweater, a white collared shirt and disheveled hair, the hot shot real estate developer was placed under home detention until he can post bail, which is set at $21 million.

The 29-year-old appeared angry as prosecutors argued he had allegedly spent hundreds of thousands he bilked from investors to live a lavish lifestyle.

He constantly shook his head no, chuckled and made faces.

Raffaello Follieri isn't wearing any Italian suits (or smiles) now.

At one point, Follieri even spoke out, saying, "We paid that," when the prosecutor said he owed American Express more than $500,000.

The prosecution argued Raffaello Follieri is a con man and flight risk who would likely flee the country and had the means to do so. The prosecutor recommended that Follieri, who is not a U.S. citizen, should be deported ASAP.

Ashley Harkleroad may have lost her first round match at Wimbledon this year, but don't worry, fellas: she'll still be losing her clothes in Playboy later this year.

Harkleroad fell to a formidable foe, too. Former Wimbledon and French Open champion Amelie Mauresmo defeated our favorite tennis player 6-4, 6-3. There's no shame in that score.

Keep your head up, Ashley! And take your clothes off!

Following her pregnancy, Sweetin is now penning a diary for OK! Magazine. But it focuses on weight loss, not drug use. Check out the actress latest entry, regarding a pool party thrown by Dave Coulier:

I was scared to even try on the bathing suit at first, but I put it on and despite horribly unattractive lighting and all the other dressing room dangers, I smiled! Then when Saturday arrived and I knew it was time for the real deal, I was truly nervous.

But I put on the suit and walked out of the bathroom, where my husband [Cody Herpin] saw me and said, "Wow! Babe, you look great!" I was jumping for joy!

So, little by little, I'm making it through the hurdles of summer with increasing confidence in myself! I'm still working hard and sticking to my Nutrisystem plan, but it's days like this past Saturday that keep me going towards my goal.

Natasha Bedingfield is a cute and successful British pop singer - you may have heard her moving song "Unwritten," a.k.a. the theme from The Hills, a couple of million times, as well as some of her other hit singles.

But this songstress also loves to work out!

The 5-foot-6 performer recently lost 15 pounds in four months - and her secret is (you guessed it) cardio and moderate dieting!

The lovely Natasha Bedingfield at 130 pounds and at 115 pounds.

Now 15 pounds lighter, Natasha Bedingfield sticks primarily to lean protein and veggies when it comes to her diet, and works out a lot.

When she's not in the gym with her personal trainer, she's enjoying the outdoors with her L.A. businessman beau of two years, Matt Robinson.

"We run and go hiking," Natasha says of her simple, but effective celebrity weight loss regimen. "He's very built. Everyone thinks he's my bodyguard!"

Britney Spears was granted a change in her visitation schedule with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline at a custody hearing on Tuesday.

The troubled pop star was looking for overnight visits with the little rascals, and we've learned that has been granted under certain conditions!

Both Britney Spears and Kevin Federline exited the courtroom hearing in good spirits. Britney, Kevin and his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, all smiled and conversed with celebrity news reporters as they left the building.

No sign of K-Fed's Vegas girlfriend, however.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline separated in late 2006 and divorced in 2007.

The judge in the case, Commissioner Scott L. Gordon, told the attorneys that he was "very pleased with the progress on both sides."
