Controversial radio personality Don Imus has found himself in the middle of another scandal involving potentially racist remarks after discussing the many arrests of suspended Dallas Cowboys star Adam "Pacman" Jones.

"What color is he?" asked Imus, who was fired last year by CBS after his comments about the Rutgers women's basketball team, to his co-host.

Upon learning that Pacman Jones is, in fact, African-American, Imus succinctly replied: "Well, there you go. Now we know."

After incurring much criticism over the comment, which many view as racist, Don Imus said on Tuesday that he was trying to "make a sarcastic point ... What people should be outraged about is that they arrest blacks for no reason. I mean, there's no reason to arrest this kid six times."

Taylor Momsen of Gossip Girl has signed with IMG models.

This makes her one of the youngest ladies on the company's roster, as Taylor is just 14. 14! That's four years younger than Hayden Panettiere!

More significantly, it's a year younger than IMG's Gemma Ward was (she's now 20) when she scored her first Prada campaign and rose to stardom.

There's no denying that Taylor Momsen has the model looks and model height, at 5-foot-10, but it's interesting to note IMG's scooping her up so quickly, since she's yet to score any big celebrity fashion campaigns or covers.

Also notable is that IMG signed another notable star, Mischa Barton, when she was about 16 and turned her from a child actress into a pot-smoking, drunk-driving, Cisco-Adler-shagging train wreck. But famous, for sure!

We're guessing that's the strategy here with Taylor. Nice!

What subprime mortgage crisis?

Beyonce was recently spotted on the set of her new movie, Obsessed, seemingly intrigued by a real estate sign advertising a sold property.

Might the Dreamgirls star and husband Jay-Z be in the market for a new home? Might this just be a scene from the aforementioned film?

Regardless, neither Beyonce nor her character ought to consider an interest-only mortgage. It just isn't fiscally responsible.

Heather Locklear has checked into a rehab facility in Arizona psychological treatment.

"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment," the actress' rep said in a statement. "This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

In the end, is there any doubt this this is all the fault of Denise Richards for stealing Locklear's husband, Richie Samboa?

Looks like hockey player and big-time Hollywood playa Sean Avery is looking to branch out a little - the New York Rangers left wing will for some reason be serving as guest editor at Men's Vogue in just a few short weeks.

In an online diary for the site, Sean Avery gets shirtless in the Vogue closet and dishes about his unlikely passion for fashion:

"To me it's simple: I am a douche like clothes. Always have. I don't watch sports. I don't read about sports ... Over breakfast in hotels when the Rangers are on the road, I read the Style section in The New York Times."

Sean Avery is stepping into the celebrity fashion world as Vogue guest editor.

Avery, who was romantically linked to another fashion train wreck maven in Mary-Kate Olsen late last year, has also dated myriad other celebrities.

Among them, the alleged actresses Elisha Cuthbert and Lake Bell - who he supposedly cheated on Mary-Kate with. Yeah. Dude is not un-shady.

Raffaello Follieri, the seedy ex-boyfriend of Anne Hathaway, has been arrested for Federal wire fraud, as well as conspiracy and money laundering.

The Italian-American real estate hotshot is due in Manhattan Federal court Tuesday, accused by the FBI of lying to one of his investors and claiming that he had been appointed the Chief Financial Officer of the Vatican!

In the U.S. Government's case against Raffaello Follieri, Anne Hathaway is mentioned - though not by name, but only as his "girlfriend."

Cops say because peeps believed his bogus Vatican connection, he was able to buy real estate owned by the Catholic church in the U.S. at a way cheaper rate than a normal developer could obtain.

Yeah. This guy's loose morals make Diana Bianchi look like a saint.

Anne Hathaway, who dumped him because of his bad reputation and the risk of her own image being tarnished by association, made the right call - she is allegedly the beneficiary of some of ill-gotten profits earned by Raffaello Follieri.

The disreputable dirtball is also under investigation by the N.Y. State Attorney General's Office for failing to file tax-disclosure forms for his charity.

He was arrested back in April for allegedly writing a $215,000 bad check, and was also sued over the matter, though he settled out of court.

The teenager who split up Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook apparently got herself paid by Peter - though it might all be a big waste of ca$h.

The New York Post says Peter Cook shelled out $300,000 to Diana Bianchi, his 19-year-old assistant, and she agreed not to talk about the affair.

Of course, now that Diana was subpoenaed and will testify in a New York court, that cash may be useless, as she will be legally compelled to reveal all.

Dianna Bianchi says she will testify "truthfully" if she has to.

Meanwhile, we hear (shockingly) from some celebrity gossip sources that the 21st Century Long Island Lolita may not exactly be a teen angel.

The now-infamous mistress beckons guys to write her on her (yes) blackplanet.com personal page. "If you wanna get to know me," writes Diana Bianchi, "It's cool, hit me up ‘n' we'll see what happens."

Besides showing off her knockout body in a bikini, the sexy Bianchi identifies her ethnicity as "Asian/Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, White."

Some of her interests are "Cookin', dancing, singing" and her income is "$75,000-$100,000." She's giving Ashley Dupre a run for her money!

Katherine Heigl was recently named the Most Desirable Grey's Anatomy star to be bludgeoned over the head with a tire iron by the ABC show's writers Woman in the World by askmen.com readers.

Evidently, though, former Days of Our Lives star Lisa Rinna is already challenging Katherine Heigl for that prestigious honor.

Amy Winehouse is out of the hospital - but don't call off the Death Watch yet.

Just a few days after collapsing and being diagnosed with emphysema (at the old age of 24), she's already back to smoking! Healthy and smart!

The Back To Black Grammy-winner was all smiles as she piled into a cab, stopping off for a brief shopping trip before returning home.

But in a worrying sign, the train wreck was seen lighting up a smoke as she emerged from facility, despite stern warnings from doctors...

Amy's father, Mitch Winehouse, told the press that the singer's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil - who is awaiting sentencing after a recent plea of guilty to charges of assault and conspiring to pervert justice (that's what they call it over there, really) - has vowed to come off the drugs himself.

Moreover, he has been calling her every day "to help her coordinate the transfer of heroin during her next visit with him in jail stay strong."

One of our favorite celebrities, the beautiful and talented Friday Night Lights actress Minka Kelly, turns 28 today. Happy birthday, Minka!
