after hearing the Mom & Dad on tapes saying how much worse off they were than John and his family--the whole family should be locked up somewhere. He needs to stay in solitary as crazy as this family seems to be.

  2. Mandy

He didnt get enough time behind bars. He should be thankful he is in solitary. Those prison boys like em young. Linda needs to shut the hell up. She thinks that she is suffering???? Why doesnt she go help Johns mom take care of him, and then maybe she will see what suffering is. Spoiled Bitch

  3. Tina

THE SPOILED BRAT GOT WHAT HE DESERVES!!

If It was the a poor person they would have to do the time and the Judges wouldn't let them go free JUST BECAUSE he has anxiety. ...POOR NICK. WHAT ABOUT POOR JOHN??? Nick will be free in 8 months You can count on it that John won't!! Way to Go Judge!!!

  4. CAT

Nick is beaing treated like an average Joe. He is not an A-List celebrity. If it were Paris or Britt chareged with the same offense, they would have recieved a lesser punishment.

  5. Kim

This kid is an irresponsible punk, brought up by his celebrity father to think that he is above the law. He thinks nothing is his fault. And I lost a ton of respect for Hulk when he essentially blamed the victim.

Part of Nick's punishment needs to be taking care of his friend every day so he can see what he did to him and get a reality check..."THIS IS WHAT HAPPENSE WHEN YOU DRINK AND DRIVE!"

  6. Walter Raymond

Nick the cry baby, but they can't shoot you for asking

I too, have driven drunk having been arrested at least 4 times with three convictions. I learned, the hard way, that drinking then driving is stupid.
Times have changed. Nick's parents don't understand that the times are changing and that includes frowning upon DWI.
On top of that, someone's life was changed forever.
Nick should learn to quit pursuing a career in racing because he's such a dickweed for getting himself into this situation.
He should be lucky that he's not in a cell with a large man wanting his shoes and having to fight off chumps for his chains and shoes.
I was once in a New Orleans parish prison where inmates didn't get water so I saw this one old thirsty man drinking from the toilet!
Man up Nick! Quit being a wuss! Take it like a Man! Waaaaaaaa, "I've got nothing to do!" Waaaaaaaa, "I miss going out on the boat."
Waaaaaa, "I miss hanging with the family on holiday!"

He had four speeding tickets in the last year, including going over 100 MPH with his dad in the passenger seat. He was drinking alcohol his really cool dad bought for him that day and his mom loves street racing and thinks it's cool to avoid the cops, and we have her on tape. I think the judge ordered jail time to get him away from his parents. BTW he is out of his cell working 6 hours a day. It isn't like he has no human contact. The way he is carrying on you would think he was on Alcatraz in the Hole or something.

For those who want to see how "sorry" Nick and his parents are about putting John Graziano in a permanent vegatative state, listen to those jailhouse tapes. Unbelievable. They should all be steralized to protect the species. These are not traits we want passed on.

Just because he is in the public eye should not warrant any special treatment...After listening to those jail house tapes, it is evident that he is not thinking about what he has done & the peril of his "supposed friend". I am disgusted with the whole family!

HE DID THE CRIME NOW DO THE TIME. 8 MONTHS SOUNDS QUITE A BIT SHORT TO ME. WHINE WHINE WHINE. THAT'S THE WAY KIDS ARE TODAY. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF RESPONSIBILTY. HE IS RESPOSIBLE FOR THE INJURIES TO HIS FRIEND. MAYBE 8 MONTHS AND 3 DAYS A WEEK TAKING CARE OF HIS "FRIEND" WOULD HAVE AN IMPACT ON HIM. HE WILL BLOW THIS WHOLE INCIDENT OFF ONCE THE JAIL TIME IS DONE.

  11. Christine

Nick should be counting his blessings not trying to think up ways on how to make more money off of this tragedy! He deserves a MUCH STRONGER SENTANCE. tHE COURT HAS BEEN MORE THAN FAIR WITH HIM OTHER PEOPLE HAVE DONE THE SAME OCCURANCE AND THEY HAVE GOTTEN THREE YEARS IN JAIL, HE GOT 8 MONTHS! PLEASE CRY ME A RIVER, HE FRIEND CAN NEVER GET ANOTHER DAY BEING NORMANL AGAIN. i WOULD LIKE TO SEE HIM TRY IT FOR A WEEK, AND MAYBE HE WOULD REALIZE THE HELL HE NOT TO MENTION HIS FAMILY GOES THROUGH EVERY DAY OF HIS LIFE! IT IS ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS IN THE WORLD FOR A PARENT TO WATCH THIER CHILD GO THROUGH, I PRAY FOR THE MARINES FAMILY AND FOR THE TRUE VICTIM JOHN. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU.

  12. Jada

He should be spending a lot more time in jail. He needs to learn something that his parents obviously didn't or couldn't teach him.....there are consequences for your actions. What about the poor soldier who was in his car? He and his family have been given a life sentence. He doesn't deserve any better or any worse treatment than anyone else!

  13. LU

I do not feel sorry for this young man, after driving recklessly, and permanently injuring his friend for life, why should he get out? I understand that being in Florida where they are soft on crime, is the reason he's only getting 8 months...in other states, he'd be convicted and sentenced to a longer time...maybe, it's because he's a celebrity, and from seeing what they not do to celebrities out in California, is the reason he only got 8 months...and that's the reason why there is so much wrong with Florida...

  14. helen kaz

He needs to stay in jail....He needs counciling and get away from his disfuntionl home...The pampering and cuddling his parents do, will never teach him resposibility or compassion. He is a spoiled young man, and his father thinks he is above the law...If they let him off, i know for sure it will happen again in short time. It may be his life next time. He safe where he is...I speak from experience with my sons. Thank you.

  15. Rye

He made a mistake but not a mistake that I think warrants jail time. They should have revoked his license and given him community service and thats IT. I feel bad for him, he got the hammer mainly because he is well known. Public examples are a b***h.

    FREE NICK!

  16. Pap Aratzi
