Lohan is the new spokeswoman for Visa Swap, the Great Britain-based campaign, which encourages individuals to drop off their old clothes and exchange them for points on a Visa credit card.
It's a nice step up for Lindsay, who used to encourage boys to exchange their clothes for STD testing appointments.
