I think that kris wore it tha best because its a dress for a person who has big boobs and a little more thickness around the hips and thighs so paris sorry but ur too skiny for tha dress!!

kris looks takeaway in that uvl dress,
paris on the otherhand is just too skiny for the dress she looks like a skeleton in a body bag.
