Not literally. In fact, Darius McCrary's entire point is that he's never fought back against Karrine Steffans.
In response to charges that he abused the self-proclaimed "video vixen," the former Family Matters star has filed his own restraining order.
In it, McCrary says he didn't hit Steffans with his car; instead, she "jumped on the trunk of my car and then the roof of my car. She started beating my vehicle and windows."
Darius McCrary says Karrine Steffans is one violent video vixen.
There's even more, TMZ reports.
In other claims incident, Darius says Karrine "slapped me so hard that she hit a bystander," while also accusing her of stalking, damage to property and more physical and verbal abuse.

"I love Darius and no matter what he does or says, my feelings remain the same. I will only discuss issues to which I have legal documents and witnesses and refuse to attack Darius or his son the way he has attacked me and mine.
His accusations are unfounded, undocumented and unbelievable, yet, common when coming from a man on the defensive. Still, he is a part of our lives and hearts and all we ask of him is to seek counseling to repair his own personal pains, as I am, and join my son and I in repairing our broken bond and trust.
After seeing what a cycle of abusive manifested into for women like Nicole Brown-Simpson, I am at peace with my decision to make these events public but I prefer to focus more so on the healing than on the hurt from this point forward and I implore Darius to do the same as the legal process in this case takes its natural course."

Of course the vast majority is going to believe Darrius. There are so many women that hate her and so many men that have amazingly the same opinion. I don't make it a practice to hate people but I will say this: "Steffans has tarnished her image so badly, how could anyone believe her?" It's a classic story of the boy who cried wolf. Karrine of all people should be smart enough to know that of all the mess she's caused with no remorse for other people's family members, etc. that she's hurt in the "tell all" road to her success that she was going to burn major bridges in the process. I will not call her names, I will not down talk upon her, and I will not judge her. I will leave that for GOD to take care of but I will say this; "I don't know who is telling the truth in this case but reguardless to how guilty Darrius may possibly be, Karrine has made this poor image for herself and no one in their right mind will back someone of this character from the jump." Darrius may be lying for all we know but that will not be as eagerly considered. I would have to say "Sorry Karrine, you made your bed, that many men have slept in, and now you have to lie in it alone. Grow up and deal with issues standing up for a change.

let me get this right. she deserves not to be believed because she was promiscous? just because someone is a 'whore' doesnt mean they deserve to get hit on and not believed. i'm not sure who i believe right now. but one thing is for sure, karrine steffans is way smarter then darius , just look at her response compared to his.

i agree wit daboss,we waznt dere so we dnt no wat da truth iz n we cnt say who's iz lying n who's telling da truth,but just bcuz karrine haz done sum THINGZ doesnt make her a lier or a sad case,we have no place 2 judge her or ne1 bcuz she's learning 4m he rmistakes now,if she iz falsely blaming him,den all we can do iz hope 4 da best 4 him if it goez 2 court,if he's da 1 datz lying,den i hope she starts picking her men better.i think she shuld go wit lil wayne....

stephans and mccrary can commandere these vociferous and churlish attacks against each other by ceasing and desisting any and all comments to the media. they must console and counsel their KIDS whom are, under the surface, irrigating the seeds they're planting and promogating which will unfortunately flourish in their teen and young adult years -- adversely affecting their relationships and ultimately each of their marriages. these malicious and visceral attacks are effusive and will only become unquenchable as the legal case proceeds if not quietly settled. she, if no one else, should be well-aware of the exigencies one encounters during and exiting an abusive relationship for which her very own son witnessed. in the words of dr. bill cosby, "come on, people!"
