Well, calling this a Celebrity Hair Affair is pushing it. Rumer Willis is only a celebrity because of... we can't even remember. Is there anything?
Whatever. If the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore - who People magazine actually included on its Most Beautiful list this year - is known for anything but her unusual name, she's known for her short hair. Or at least she used to be!

Neither. Honestly, she's just not a cute girl. She might look better with dark brown hair with highlights(rather than black hair). Also, a slight tan wouldn't hurt.

I always found Rumer Willis to look like one of those made up babies.. You know when they put parts from the mother and father together. Im sorry but she is not attractive AT ALL.
