Without a doubt, celebrity diets and weight loss work for some.
Other stars, though, have found that the best diet is none at all!
Having weathered the highs and lows of several eating disorders, actress Brittany Snow has sworn off dieting and personal trainers!
"I'm done. I canceled my trainer," Snow, 22, said over the weekend at Stride Gum's Longest Day of the Year party in West Hollywood.
"I refuse to do the whole diet or fitness thing anymore. I just go and have fun. I know what I like, what makes me feel good, and that's what I do."
Brittany Snow has had anorexia, exercise bulimia, depression, and body dysmorphic disorder as a teen - once falling to a Kate Bosworth-esque 85 pounds.
But the cute actress credits fellow star and friend Sophia Bush for helping to coach her on her body image issues and now is doing better!
Asked how she's staying healthy without a defined diet or weight loss plan, the Prom Night and American Dreams star says:
"I think more than anything, the thing I've learned in being here is that everything else doesn't matter as long as you're taking care of yourself and you're having fun."
"Basically, I think just hanging out with my friends and trying to take care of myself, I think for right now, that's the biggest thing," said Brittany Snow.
"I go to the gym everyday, I eat really well, I buy dresses by myself. I want to work and be with my friends. That's all I really care about."

Gee, It's easy to swear off diets and trainers when you are only 22 and look as good as she does. Let's see how see looks in 12 months and see if she still takes the same position.
