Beyonce is Obsessed with Movie, Housing Market

What subprime mortgage crisis?

Beyonce was recently spotted on the set of her new movie, Obsessed, seemingly intrigued by a real estate sign advertising a sold property.

Sold!

Might the Dreamgirls star and husband Jay-Z be in the market for a new home? Might this just be a scene from the aforementioned film?

Regardless, neither Beyonce nor her character ought to consider an interest-only mortgage. It just isn't fiscally responsible.

She's smart. She knows what she wants and goes for it. She's one of the first women to keep her head on straight. Wonder if she was one of the first celebs to start drinking Purple too. That would explain a lot of her smartness and good looks.

She should stick to singing because she can't act at all and she sounds uneducated when she speaks. She should go onto higher education and maybe enunciate more.

Maybe you are just upset because you have a degree and will never in your life make as much money as she does or have as much respect as she does. True enough she may not be a great actress, but singing is not the only thing she is great at. She has her own clothing line, her own fragrance, dozens of charities, a new shoe line coming out, and many other projects going on. So not only is she just a good singer, but she is an entrepenuer, something that college didn't have to teach her. If enuciation is all you are worried about, she can use her millions to pay someone to teach her that!
