Yeah, sure, Jenny, & I'm dating George Clooney. It's very easy to say crap like that. That's why scum sites like TMZ & Perez Hilton have so many ridiculous stories - it's fiction! And braindead losers like you eat it up like candy. Jaymes is a very sweet, pretty lady & she's been close to Clay - heck, living with him at times - for nearly 3 yrs now. This news doesn't surprise me one bit. He's always said he wanted desperately to be a father. The guys's a teacher of special needs kids, for pete's sake! He shines whens he's interracting with children. He'll make a great dad & Jaymes knows it.

I can't believe how many ugly people there are in the world, no wonder the world is in such a bad way. Clay is an amazing person, both in his professional life and his personal life and what he does in his personal life is his business. I will always be a fan of Clay's and believe what I hear out of his mouth only. He said he was not gay so he is not gay and I never thought he was gay. If he says he is the baby's father then I will believe it and trust that Clay knows what he is doing and it will be ok. So you ugly people out there that have nothing better to do than believe everything you hear from rag magazines, go read a good book.

In every show Clay talked about Jaymes Foster ,he also wanted to dance with her in Kanada during a tour in front of everybody, they propably fall in love and tried old fashion way, and because of her age she needed a artifical insemination. Love doesn't know age!

Clay loves children & I'm sure he'll make a great dad.
And by the way, Clay has stated many times that he is not gay. He's sick of the media asking him about it, so he's just stopped answering the question. People need to get over it. Seriously.

can people actually be so ignorant in this day and age to say what straight man would inseminate a woman. for heavens sake people it happens daily. Men can't get their women pregnant for whatever reason, women can't get pregnant for many reasons. many people use insemination as a means of getting a child they wouldn't otherwise be able to have. she is older and probably has had trouble conceiving. give the man a freakin break. my gosh he said he is not gay. why do you all have to continue on with this crap. even if he is WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MATTER. GET A LIFE. THIS IS A DECENT HUMAN BEING WHO DID NOTHING TO YOU ALL.

Some of you make me sick....Why on Earth kick Clay for wanting a gift from God? My husband and I were in our mid 40's when we decided we wanted a child, well the only way for me to conceive was through what Jayme and Clay did....the haters here much be teens and have no clue how cruel life can be for some wanting children, get a life and leave them alone....Clay Aiken loves kids, and will make a wonderful father.

Most women who get pregnant in their late 30s or 40s are artificially inseminated. It's most likely his sperm and she used donor eggs from a much younger woman. Your eggs are too old after around 42.

The sister of record mogul David Foster is certainly pregnant -- but pop crooner Clay Aiken may or may not be the father.
Celebrity gossip website TMZ reported Thursday that Victoria resident Jaymes Foster is due in August with the former American Idol star's baby. But Foster's former sister-in-law says the rumour is "ridiculous."
"Jaymes is definitely pregnant, that much is true," said B.J. Cook, the ex-wife of David Foster. "I can guarantee that it's not Clay Aiken's baby."

Foster, 50, is a music producer who splits her time between Los Angeles and Victoria. She has worked with several artists, including Josh Groban, Michael Buble and Aiken, 29, who is best known for placing second on American Idol in 2003.
The two met when Aiken's management company asked Foster to work on his followup album to 2003's Measure of a Man. Aiken told Jam! Showbiz the two "got along famously" from the beginning and called the producer "absolutely wonderful."
The two have reportedly become friends and U.S.-based TMZ says "multiple sources" have confirmed they are now having a baby.
"We're told Foster was artificially inseminated," the website wrote. "Clay is a lot more than sperm -- we're told he will have an active role in raising the child."
However, controversy continues to swirl. Earlier, People.com quoted David Foster's agent, Bill Vigars, confirming the reports. Vigars has since denied making the remarks and asked People to pull the article.
Cook flatly denies the rumours. Foster is due in August, she said, but Aiken is not involved.
"She's been pregnant for a while, and kept it under wraps until we knew that everything was going to be healthy and fine," Cook said. "I'm sure she'll be interested to know people are saying its Clay's baby."
Calls to Jaymes Foster were not returned. When reached by phone, David Foster refused to comment on the rumours.
There has also been no comment from Aiken, who has been dogged by questions about his sexual orientation since becoming famous.
Last month, Aiken told the television show Access Hollywood there was no need to address his questionable sexuality because people "don't want stuff like that pushed in their face."

From past infertility experience, I know she used donor eggs and they had to be fertilized with sperm via IVF. Don't really care if Clay's gay or not. Just want all the women out there to know they do not have until they're 50 years old to have a biological baby.

It is really sad that people who know nothing about Clay, think he is gay. I've seen him in concert several times and I see the way he acts towards women. He loves women. He admits he's a nerd which is obvious, but being a nerd does not make you gay.

Not all women in their 30's, 40's, and 50's need artifical means. Myself and many ladies I personally know got pregnant the "old fashioned way" and we are in our 40's and one is 52. So yes it's possible...geeez....

Clay is a good, talented, god-fearing person. Its sad that after all the bloodshed we've gone thru over the past century, gays are still crucified by the American public basically just for being born. Its easy to justify hatred for any group that is different. Just look at Hitler and the Nazis or the slave trade with African Americans, the "logic" of hatred is the same with gays today.
Clay is gay, but that is not derogatory. His gayness is probably what makes him so sweet and kind and caring, how is it a bad thing, it should be celebrated. Its just sad that he's so terrified of American society that he can't be honest about who he is because of people like the many homophobic people responding to this blog. Clay is better than most people on this blog, he is kinder, smarter and more virtuous.
He deserves to have everything hetereosexuals have because he's every bit as human as they are. Its good that he at least can be a father, he will be a great one. At least he gets to have that in life, even if American society will not allow him to feel comfortable enough to have a meaningful relationship with another man, because we are too homophobic a society to have respect for homosexuals and to treat them like equals but rather second class citizens. Just like Hitler justified his treatment of the Jews.

It's really funny how people are so positive that he is gay. How would they know? I don't base my facts on tabloid stories and if you do, you are truly delusional. You can't tell by just looking at someone. Not all men are butch....my husband is not. Clay Aiken looks very normal to me. As a matter of fact, he's very attractive.
