Brody Jenner Downplays Rift with Spencer Pratt

After a falling out last year on The Hills, Brody Jenner and Spencer Pratt's friendship appears to be on the mend.

"We're cool. It's all good," Jenner said at the Hills finale party.

A rift had grown between the two - who were friends for over ten years - after Pratt made inflammatory comments about Jenner's ex Nicole Richie.

The fact that Brody continued to be friends with Lauren Conrad after Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag declared an all-out war on her threw gasoline on the fire.

But Brody Jenner has always downplayed the drama with Spencer Pratt.

"I love Spencer and I have always said that," he said. "It's not about any animosity towards each other. I wish Spencer the best. We took a different path and I respect his path. I do what I do and he does what he does."

So is there any future for Brody Jenner and Lauren Conrad?

"Me and Lauren are friends," Jenner said at The Hills party.

"That's what it is at this point in time and that's where it's going to stay until whenever. I love Lauren and I always have."
