THIS PICTURES OF MILEY ARE NOT THAT BAD AT ALL!!! FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT AGREE WITH ME READ THESE FOLLOWING REASONS;
*Miley was wearing pants
*Miley had a huge blanket covering her private parts
*Miley even said she was embarressed and said sorry a lot
*Miley would NEVER EVER pose this way; it was for the purpose of the photoshoot ONLY
*Miley has worked really hard for three long years and now Disney will be ruining her career by not letting her attend any events or put out anymore albums.
*Miley doesnt deserve the bad way that disney is treating her. Selena Gomez will be the next big star and No one wants Selena to be a star!

it is her choice! i mean come on, if you want something like this you should do it; miley did what she knew was fun ,cut her some slack. she is my age and i have do a lot worse. but you don't see my on the newspaper anymore for it. JUST LEAVE HER ALONE! she has her rights. still love her anyway. keep on rock'n out miley.

I think that she should not of done that.It was very skanky and gross.I am a big fan of her but those pictures are just not cool.Nobody should look up to her until she cleans up her act.I think her Dad knew all about those pictures he is just saying he had no idea about it.

Society loves these opportunities they get to blame young starlettes for the continual decline of decency. And what i have to say to them is: STEP OFF! I'm by no means a Hannah or Miley fan, however if your children are acting indecent, take responsibility for you actions. YOU alone have control over your children, and if you don't, well thats just your fault, don't blame other people. At the end of the day you're the one who can teach your children right from wrong, so stop being so childish...

i honestly dont think the pictures are really that big of a deal. sure shes only 15, but if you think about it, it isn't that bad considering what other 15 year olds are getting themselves into. she isnt doing anything wrong and i dont see why its such a controversy or why she had to apologize.
if people want to throw a huge fit over something, why not do it about the other gazillion average teenaged girls who are out there getting pregnant or doing drugs?

i personaly think that these pics of miley arent that bad shes an insperation too all young girls around the word and who cares if she showes a little back...i mean c'mon people r saying all this crap about how porned this picture is when in reallity we all know that our bathing suits show more than these pics. who cares if it may look bad to some people i mean who cares what people think thet them think it but this pic of her really makes her look like a normal teenager just having a little fun.=)

Wow. Who cares? So she's confident and proud of herself. I see 15 year olds doing worse, hear them speaking worse. When I heard the headlines and then saw the pictures, I thought I was pretty lead on... She had no reason to apologize for this. Yeah, she's 15, but she does have her own thought process. She's not a retard. So I doubt anyone FORCED her into it. She made the choice herself because she thought it was art and tasteful. I was doing much worse at her age, geeze.

Good god. I feel like I'm living in amish country!!! These photos are gorgeous and they were shot by one of the most talented photographers in the world... YOU CAN ONLY SEE HER BACK!!!! since when is that racy?! shes a gorgeous girl and shes almost 16... dont tell me you dont let your 16 year old daughters wear bikinis... i would consider that SLUTTIER then these photos... jesus people.
