Nicole Richie: Not Engaged, Not Planning Wedding

Here's an absolute stunner. Reports from OK! Magazine that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are planning a summer wedding are actually not true!

"They are not even engaged," a rep for Nicole Richie said.

OK! Magazine (the same celebrity news publication that recently ran a 2003 picture of Britney Spears with its current cover story about the singer losing weight), reported online about the supposed Richie-Madden wedding.

"Invites for the blessed event are set to go out next week" and "a celebrity party planner is getting everything together for the nuptials," it said.

Nicole Richie will remain an unwed baby mama for the foreseeable future.

Alas, it turns out they are not following the lead of Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge, however, and plan to remain unwed parents for now.

Richie and Madden welcomed daughter Harlow Winter Kate in January.
