The punishment for endangering the lives of fellow motorists and setting an awful example for her two fans? A three-year unsupervised probation term.
People reports that Barton will also be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, one we’re sure will pay off for her like it has for Lindsay Lohan, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700.
The terms of the plea deal are expected to be signed off on by the court Thursday. To celebrate, we’re guessing Barton will pig out with a pair of breadsticks.
