I support miley in her statements. This was more then likey supposed to be an artistic photo and it did turn out wrong. Miley is smart and she knows what she is doing. The photogropher should have never asked her to do this shoot the way she did, but she did. She was in the wrong and now miley's career may suffer because of it. If this photo was released at a different time when she wasn't already going through this whole photo scandle thing it may have been different, but now people have a bad image of her and they shouldn't. Miley said numerous tims that she wants to follow the "Good Girl" image set by Hilary Duff. So far with the acception of this she has done just that. There will aways be bumps in the road, and i beleve that mily can get past that. Hate me for what i believe but don't make her suffer for her mistakes she is only human as all of us are.
