Gossip Girl Fashion Watch: Leighton Meester Sets Sail
Leighton Meester (an adorable Minka Kelly look-alike) plays the queen of mean, Blair Waldorf, on the CW shot Gossip Girl. Blair is known for her status as the ruler of her school's social elite - and for her discerning fashion tastes.
This one, though? What is Blair going for? Is this a sailor-inspired dress? A safari hat? Is she sailing to Africa and then embarking on a wildlife excursion? And what's with the gloves? There's a fine line between trendy and silly on Gossip Girl.

very, very cute and stylish. i like it but i think the gloves make it look like a little overboard. either the gloves or the thing around her neck, but anyways i love it.

I like it I think it's really cute. Girls wouldn't probably wear it but Leighton pulls it off, although the gloves may be a little too much but just a little

this is an amazing ensemble and Queen B looks great in it, if you think that this one is extravagant you should watch gossip girl, but they are all lovely outfits and i think that the hat works really well, in a strange coture way. You know you love me xoxo
