Look shes 15 years old, this is her life, dont worry about it! And it only shows her back! Big Deal. at lest shes not undressed everywhere. Just leave the girl alone, and let her live her life. What if she didnt really want to take the pics? LEAVE HER ALONE!

I think it's rediculous the way they are attacking this young girl and trying to find a way to bring her down. There is absolutely nothing wrong with those pictures. I actually think it looks like a painting. The only way it could be offensive is if someone chooses to look at the picture in a sick way. All she is showing is her back, nothing suggestive at all. More innocent than anything. Kids wear less than that in their bathing suits!Angry parents are just trying to find something to dramatize. Get over it! Miley looks beautiful!!!

there is nothing wrong with these photos. You see less than if it were a swimsuit or a halter dress. People like to badmouth celebrities because deep down we hate them because we want to be them. All you see is her back, big whoop

I think that they are artsy and not bad at all! They don't even show her chest or anything just her bare back its not bad at all! They are not inappropriate so leave Miley alone!

I originally said no, until I read all of the Pro-Miley comments referring to her as a "sexy" woman. Here's the problem folks: she's not a WOMAN! She is a child, who is in the process of becoming an adult woman. If any of you men who are fantasizing about her referred to any other 15 year old GIRL as "sexy" you would be arrested, incarcerated and given the title of a sex offender for the remainder of your life.

I dont forgive Miley.I used to be a huge fan of her though.But not anymore.Theres a whole bunch of little girls that look up to her and she knows that and shes just going to do a photo shoot like that.And I know everyone makes mistakes but she knows what Vanessa did so shes going to do it.Thats just my opinion.

I believe that it is too sexual for a 15 year old girl but it is a career move. She is getting attention from both media and fans. She is just taking her career to the next level. Though it doesn't make it right. She is under age and printing those picture is just the same as making child porn.

I'm on the latter. Miley has made a mistake, but she would not be under nearly so much pressure if it wasn't for her role in Hannah Montana. Give her a break. The girl is only 15! Cyrus deserves a second chance.

I really don't know what to say because i really looked up to her & wanted to be like her until i heard what she did. It wasn't that Vanity Affair shoot, but the other pics. It's disappointing! :(

The only reason these are controversial is becuase the media is giving this too much attention. She isn't showing anything inappropriate not to mention they were taken by a well-respected photographer for a well-respected magazine. The headlines on ET last evening were talking about this...and then in the same sentence they show Julianna Hughes (DWTS) in nothing but a flag. But that supposedly is OK - the media twists and turns things to get a story and a rise out of people. Miley should be proud of herself and the media should quit looking to ruin someone's image.
