I think it's disgusting that people defend this girl by saying that ALL teenage girls do these types of things. That's just another example of society lowering the standard and enabling this girl to maintain her stay in the spot light, be considered as a "role model", and get paid millions of dollars to run around and make a mockery out of America.

and listen im 15 years old and i have never never pose like that in a photo! im a serious girl.. not all teenagers are like that! think about miranda cosgrove or emma roberts.. they're really good role models but they aren't as popular as miley .. why?? because miley is more scandalous! and that's the true.. serious people are not popular..unfortunately :(

look people let me put this in a completely unbiased way although i can't stand miley cyrus OR bill O reilly. firstly anyone who bill O reilly goes after will always have a ton of people sticking up for them based soly on the fact tht he made fun of them. And secondly miley is a teenage girl but she is also a star. this might put more pressure on her but if you read enery news story praising her she is grown up enough to ignore gossip so shouldn't shouldn't she be above the normal pressure normal teenage girls feel. she has Papparazzi talking about her not teenage girls in the school hallways so being pressured by them is pretty different then other ittle girls because they wnt you to be bad not tto bait you in to a fight but to blur everyones opinion of you. but like i said if you go after someone to directly everyone will stick up for them espeically if it is miley cyrus. so if her self confedenice is really so big she cn ignor it all then what other reason is there for her to be doing this other than she wants too?(I think anyone who does this not just stars should be shuned)what is worst is that she is a role modle wether she likes it or not every little girl between the ages 8 and 11 will be watching and following her. it can be annoying always haveing to act perfect all the time but if your famous your always going to be watched because of who you are. whats worst is how everyone turns a blind eye when she is bad . they instead of actually looking at the situtation spend thier time yelling at the people who catch her for it. and if you do that just in life in general who ever it is and what ener they did will feel its o.k to do it agin if they aren't punished for it the first time. look at all the other actresses who were innocent little chid stars eneryone turning a blind eye for them until it was undeniable and they jump on them just like that. so decide for yourslef if you think shes cut out to be a star.(and know that I am no major bloger or someone who just sits around all day researching the stars, just middlle school girl who sees this.)

I find Miley to be great. VF is about the best thing that happened to her. She wore a blanket, so she was descent. There's nothing wrong with a bare back. Is someone wearing a bathrobe naked?
Since Miley wore a large blanket, she could very safely remove her slacks as well as her blouse and bra.
VF was a very good experience for her. Hope she does it again!
