The Lauren Conrad Collection: A Fashion Week Hit

The Hills star, Lauren Conrad, debuted her hip new fashion line - The Lauren Conrad Collection - last night at Los Angeles Fashion Week. LC's Fall 2008 line fashion show was held at Smashbox Studios Tuesday in Culver City, Calif.

The night was a huge success for Lauren Conrad, 22, who's been going to school for fashion design and marketing. But don't expect to see the event on The Hills.

"I kinda like that it's separate. It's not something that I really want to be part of a reality television show. It's a career that I want beyond my 15 minutes of fame," Lauren Conrad told reporters at the show last night.

LC had a great supporting section as Whitney Port, Audrina Patridge, Lauren "Lo" Bosworth, and Brody Jenner were all on hand to cheer her on. Here are a few pics, one of LC and Lo, the other of Whitney and Audrina ...

LAGUNA REUNION: Kristin Cavallari attended the fashion show, perhaps a sign of burying the hatchet with her former rival. It was still LC's night, however, as the designer found time to enjoy some lighter moments amid a lot of stress.
