We're pleased to announce that of our favorite celebrities celebrates a birthday today. The beautiful and oh-so-sweet Whitney Port of The Hills fame is now 23!
Always there to lend a sympathetic ear or to give sage advice to friends like Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port is a breath of fresh air in The Hills' catty world.
The Los Angeles native is also beautiful, in our opinion, and not in a way that looks like she's trying way too hard. Like, say, Heidi Montag, perhaps?
 Cute expressions like this one have made Whitney Port a Hills fan favorite.

Also celebrating a birthday on this 5th of March? Eva Mendes. She gets naked a lot, goes to rehab and is supposedly an actress. Happy birthday, Eva!
