Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead will soon be the most popular person in every sandbox across the country.
Yesterday, a judge in Los Angeles declared the child the sole heir of Anna Nicole Smith's estate. This means the little one will be able to afford a few new (gold-plated) pacifiers.
"We and Mr. Stern always believed that Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter. I'm pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed," said the lawyer for Howard K. Stern.
A trust has been set up for Dannielynn, with Larry Birkhead and Howard serving as co-trustees.

Howard stern as a co-trustee only means that LB was cruisin' for a bruisin'. Howard would have eventually found a way to rig his breaks or something. I wondered, from the very begining, why LB let Stern hang around. The baby wouldn't even remember that guy in a few years, and he's a murderer.
The only person benefititing from Stern's presence in DL's life after the DNA tests was Stern! But, that may be how authorities were able to keep investigating him without his knowing it. Glad Stern got busted. Here's to his doing life in prison without parole...hopefully.
