Turns out her boyfriend, High School Musical hunk Zac Efron, may be in a bit of photographic hot water, as well.

Britney Spears will be allowed to visit her children "soon, very soon," after lawyers hammered out a structured visitation arrangement.

Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, confirmed Friday that he and his partner Jim Simon spent two days working with Spears' legal team.

We don't know exactly when, but Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2, will once again enjoy "participation of their mother in their lives."

"We're pleased that ... the process of reinstating the children's mother as a participant in their lives can commence," Mark Vincent Kaplan said.

Britney Spears has not seen her boys, Sean P. and Jayden J., since a January 3 custody stand-off with police, leading to the first of two forced hospitalizations.

Under the terms of the new agreement, TMZ reports:

The kids can visit with Britney, provided her dad, Jamie Spears, and a psychiatrist are present. There are other strings attached, but at a minimum, Jamie and the shrink are requirements agreed upon by the attorneys.

Both sides are impressed that Jamie Spears has stabilized Britney - weeding out the trash like Sam Lutfi - and calming the whirlwind surrounding her.

That's a core reason why a deal was struck, as K-Fed never wanted to keep the boys away from her. It was only for their own safety before she got help.

Sources say Britney will begin seeing the kids again ASAP!

Don't worry, everyone - and we know you were.

Alli Sims is still talking to "cousin" Britney Spears.

"I cannot really say much more about [her], but she is doing well," Sims told Us Weekly in Beverly Hills Thursday night.

Britney Spears has been involuntarily hospitalized twice already in 2008 to treat her bipolar disorder. She is currently under the supervision of her parents (her father, Jamie Spears, and his lawyer, Andrew Wallet, have a legal, financial, and medical conservatorship) and hasn't seen her two sons since January 3.

"Everybody just keeps supporting her and rooting [for] her because everyone kind of goes through weird little patches in [their] life," Sims said.

When you a friend - or someone trying to sponge off you for attention and become famous themselves - you can always count on Alli Sims.

"You just need friends and family and everyone to support you and help you through it, and everything will be okay," Sims added.

Alli Sims, who is working on her first album, didn't comment on any other Britney Spears news, but say she and Brit "will definitely collaborate on something."

"I think we are kind of both open to anything," Sims said.

"We are really good friends, we are really close, and we love working on stuff together, so I think that possibly something like that could happen."

Alli Sims lived with Spears for eight months last year and previously told Us Weekly, "I wish people would give her a break and lay off her."

Just pay attention to her instead, people! It's what she wants!

Stephen Colletti of Laguna Beach fame recently turned 22.

Not in attendance at the JV player's big birthday bash: Lauren Conrad. Or Kristin Cavallari. Or Hayden Panettiere. Nope, none of his exes showed up.

The latter two did come out of hiding on Thursday, however, cozying up (and maybe even dishing secrets) during a party at Hollywood hot spot Hyde!

Laguna Beach's Kristin Cavallari and Heroes' Hayden Panettiere both dated Stephen Colletti. We really hate Stephen Colletti right about now.

Kristin, 21, is back on the market after breaking up with Nick Zano, who she dated for like a year, after Colletti... and Brody Jenner. Hayden, 18, also moved on from Stephen to an older man - co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Go Halo!

As for Stephen, we believe him to be single.

But, given his track record of dating all the young celebrities we have crushes on, he should be getting it on with Blake Lively or Carrie Underwood any day now.

This is shaping up to be a record year for celebrity mug shots!

The latest addition to the gallery? Drum roll please... Ne-Yo!

According to TMZ, the R&B singer (real name Shaffer Smith) was popped on February 19 while driving recklessly in Cobb County, Georgia.

He was not under the influence at the time, but Ne-Yo was arrested for reckless driving and for not having a valid license. Off the chain, dog.

He may or many not have been on the run from the Baldness Police ...

Maybe this Ne-Yo mug shot will get him an endorsement deal with Rogaine.

We can only hope this recent arrest doesn't hold Ne-Yo back from more stirring collaborations like his recent duet with Rihanna. My, how that voice moves us.

We've questioned the intelligence of Brooke Mueller for awhile now. After all, this random celebrity is engaged to serial pornography lover, Charlie Sheen.

But our opinion of Mueller has improved after hearing her comments on the upcoming Denise Richards reality show, the series that's set to star Sheen's ex-wife and two young children.

"Charlie and I both think it's exploitative and not good," Mueller said to Us Weekly. "But the judge ruled in her favor so there's nothing we can do."

After making her comments, Mueller then asked the entertainment news reporter to replay them on a tape recorder.

"Right that's perfect," she said, adding, "because what I really want to say .... Oooh!"

Jason Yeager is a relatively unknown American Idol semifinalist.

This Grand Prairie, Texas-native hasn't received the same amount of air time as fellow male contestants such as Michael Johns and David Archuleta. When the Dallas auditions came up, did somebody twist your arm to do it, or did you just jump for it?
I was about to turn 28, getting up there as far as the [Idol] age limit goes. I'd actually auditioned five years ago and got turned away. The very first preliminary round, they told me no. I swore the show off for a long time. Then just last year during the summertime, just on a whim, I was sort of curious to see when the next season was going to be starting and when the auditions were.

Oddly enough, two weeks later they were going to be in Dallas. They'd just posted the audition process online, and five minutes later I get an IM from a friend saying, 'Hey, there's an audition in Dallas for American Idol. You should go.' I thought, wow, that must be a sign.
