Mischa Barton Formally Charged with DUI, Possession
Mischa Barton was formally charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana, stemming from her arrest in December.
Police announced Tuesday that the former star of Cisco Adler's bedroom and The OC was also charged with driving without a valid license.
Barton, 22, will have her official arraignment on the misdemeanor charges on Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court. Throw the book at her!
