We love Katherine Heigl (who recently won an Emmy Award for her role as Izzie Stevens on Grey's Anatomy) but we're not too sure about this red dress.

Heigl, who presented at last night's Academy Awards, appeared to be missing something. A second strap? Some fabric for that shoulder hole? Come on, girl!

Hot and desirable as she is, Katherine Heigl can't save this red dress.

    How can she be the worst dressed? Did you see Tilda Swinton (Best Supporting ACtress Winner)? She was awful. Katherine's dress was great!
