Jessica Sierra is still a rehabbing alcoholic and sex tape star. But the former American Idol finalist is no longer pregnant.

Without disclosing the reason for this change in status, a source close to the troubled singer told TMZ that there' no child in Sierra's future.

Jessica can currently be seen crying on "Celebrity Rehab" on VH1; and naked in her Vivid Entertainment sex tape, "Jessica Sierra Superstar," released last week.
