There were the pics of this Hannah Montana star posing playfully (or seductively?) with friends. Then, in her underwear.

What do you think? Is Miley Cyrus drunk in this picture? We sincerley hope not because a) that would be illegal and b) underage drinking often leads to pregnancy.

    SO sick of hearing people say Miley is not a good role model. Who cares? She never said she was a good role model. She took some racy pictures and smoked a LEGAL substance from a bong. Everybody makes mistakes. Fuck off. Also, she is walking on the edge of a curb in heels in this picture so yeah I think the average person would be balancing themselves.

    first of all you are all stupid how can you say that when you are drunk it leads to pregnancy that is bullshit because if you are drunk you just sleep so it is stupid to say that and second of all it is not your job to say thing about her because you wasn't the person which made songs and if you were you would anderstand how difficult it is to make songs !!!and i think that she is big enough to care about her self

    Okay she is drunk i'm gonna say that she obviously is because her mother even said that for her 18th birthday she wants to have a big party and DRINK as in drink beer and other bad stuff that i dont remember but yeah thats why i figure shes drunk i bet she is it seems like she would be

That is what NORMALLY happens when you are wearing high heels for hours on end, you morons. if she were really drunk there would be more pix or a video of her b/c all those paparazzi must have caught more than one picture of her!! this is so effing stupid. she tripped, so she's drunk? what happens if she falls over a hole in the ground, she's addicted to drugs?! and OH yeah, those cute pix of her in a bikini by a pool, she MUST have been having sex instead of swimming. cuz apparently that's what girls wearing bikinis do. y'all are so stupid. get a life &&get off a teenagers back.

    dnt get me wrong but she is not drunk and she has turned in to a bit of a physco but i still love her she rock's but she gone all techno on her new album cant be tamed XXx
