There were the pics of this Hannah Montana star posing playfully (or seductively?) with friends. Then, in her underwear.
Now, the following photo makes it appear as though this young actress is far from sober.
What do you think? Is Miley Cyrus drunk in this picture? We sincerley hope not because a) that would be illegal and b) underage drinking often leads to pregnancy.

She looks like she is! I hope not! I'm sure it's just the picture, don't you guys have a video of this? Then we could clearly tell if she's drunk or not.

And from the picture - Miley Cyrus looks like she stumbled on the curb getting to her car. Probably due to clingy paparazzi.
So, please, stop making up stories because they only make sites look UNPROFESSIONAL, not cool.
