She make no news with her undressing, everyone knows she does it professionally. But its news every time she appears, and its because of what she wears. The others are only followers, far far behind....

1700s? She would be thrown in jail or on witch trial for dressing like that in the 1700s. She either looks early/mid 1900s or just a classy version of modern day dress.
Though, it is very hard to decide who looks better. They both where the outfit completely differently. But because I'm a bigger fan of Dita as a fashion icon, I'm gonna say she wears it best!
