   I have never missed an American Idol show (even the stupid ones in the beginning) since Day 1. Although many great performances have taken place on the show, I have been completely and utterly blown away by David Archuleta this season. I am a 62 year old grandmother and have never been this crazy about a contestant EVER. I saved most of his performances and play them OVER and OVER and OVER. He is by far the greatest singer and most lovable performer ever on the show, and I don't think there will ever be another like him. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I just can't get enough of him. Shocked that he did not win, but believe he will become a superstar. Any 17 year old that can get me to cry when he sings is one special young man. Can't wait for a CD to come out. It will be the best money I'll ever spend!!

   I read something from a gentlemen saying that he started watching tv again just for this Kid David Archuleta. You know? that was just so moving - not the part of watching tv again of course - but his words reflected exactly what I wanted to say about this kid. He is so different and I guess he does not realize what he does to people. He is like a little angel not contaminated not jelousy, just pure and inocent talent. He loves music, he loves his life and certainly we love him sooo much. I can't even have a day without looking for any news on internet or listening him again over and over, it is like my soul needs him. he should have won but oh well, we always will be there for him, Love that kid. He is just amazing

   i'm so sad that know my lovly david can,t be american idol but one thing that i believe is david a. is truely winner for all this fans,,and every song that he sing is always representated his feel that's why i lov u so muaaach...for david a. always be my david'n keep fight GBU

   David - You are an inspiration to young people and their parents for your sincerity, humbleness, hard work and the voice of a superstar. You take criticism better than any contestant and are truly greatful for the compliments. the world loves you and it is obvious that you love your fans. we truly need a young person to set a good example for all the young people in this world and with your voice i can only "imagine" how great that would be. god bless you and keep you and may your inspiration and wonderful voice inspire us all.
