American Idol Rumor: David Hernandez is a Gay Stripper
American Idol fans have been surprised so far at the talent of David Hernandez. This season seven semifinalist didn't receive much air time prior to the final 24 being announced, but he's proven to be a smooth vocalist.
Viewers will likely also be surprised by the following rumor: Hernandez used to work at a gay bar called Dick's Cabaret.
Talk of such a former occupation began on VotefortheWorst.com, a well-known, anti-American Idol website. So it's hard to say how legitimate this piece of gossip is. But the site has supposedly received numerous comments validating Hernandez's prior job, while the accompanying photos on this post also back up the rumor.
Not that there's anything wrong with it.
In fact, we hope David embraces his homosexual, kinky side and performs a duet with fellow, seemingly gay contestant Danny Noriega.
David Hernandez is highlighted in this photo. Rumor has it he worked at a gay bar. Other rumors state that Zac Efron would love to frequent this kind of establishment.

Who cares? He is cute. If he is gay, good for the gay community. Does America even care anymore about sexuality, unless your a Republican?

I would like to comment on the mention of a conspiracy to oust David Hernandez. Has anyone ever questioned the validity of how the votes are tabulated? Being an avid Idol watcher; I have never heard the mention of an accounting firm, or the logistics of how the votes are counted and the accuracy of that count. All that is ever said is how many calls came in. I think it questionable, the week that the gossip of David Hernandez hit the air, he was not booted off, however; the following week he was. Would it not stand to reason this was a ploy to show the tv audience that American Idol was unconcerned and not judging David's for his past, yet the next week he was gone? I personally feel that the winner of the show is chosen way before the counts are tabulated, and not by the american public voting. As for David, his past or his present, who really cares, it's the singing voice, his entertainment that truly counts. If he were to be judged by "being gay" or being a "male stripper", we should take a look at the entertainers on our screen today...should they also be booted off?
In my opinion, questions should be rendered to find the validity of the vote count.
