Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler. Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. These famous squabbling celebs have nothing on a new pair of high-profile Americans competing for the nation's highest office!

During last night's Democratic debate in South Carolina, rivals Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton sparred frequently and bitterly, making viewers entertained but uncomfortable, and leaving John Edwards trying to get a word in edgewise.

Get a word in edgewise? Edwards totally rose above the fray and used the other candidates bickering to state real policy ideas, and look extremely presidential. The fact that the media fails to give him credit for being the clear winner of the debate, shows that a ridiculous catfight and bad behavior will always get more press than a rational person proposing solid, common sense ideas. Even post debate analysts proclaimed that Edwards came out looking best from the debate, but in the age of Brittany gone wild getting more press than people dying in Kenya while fighting for democracy, I guess Americans think they want drama in the White House rather than a real president. Looks like four more years of foolishness. I think I'm going to move to Canada, at least they have health care.
