Mariah Carey Slams Celebrity Gossip Reports

Mariah Carey says reports that she would prefer to sing a duet with a pig instead of Jennifer Lopez are "a complete untruth."

To the chagrin of those hoping for a Carey/J. Lo showdown - with Babe or Porky as the referee - the singing diva claims she never made this statement and has no beef with Mrs. Marc Anthony.

"This is just some [celebrity gossip] and it's pathetic that people actually entertain the thought that this could be real," Carey said. "This is another sad example of two strong women being pit against each other."
