The New York Post reports that former Laguna Beach beauty Lauren Conrad is set to move out of her current home in (and on) The Hills for a $2 million mansion on the Hollywood flats just off Sunset Boulevard.

Chances are, her hit MTV reality show won't be renamed The Flats.

The sexy reality babe turned fashion designer has been shopping for a new home for almost a year, sources close to the star say, and has finally found her dream pad - a gorgeous, four-bed, four-bath Spanish style Villa right in the heart of it all and just minutes from vaunted L.A. nightclubs like Hyde. Hell yeah!

The Hills' Lauren Conrad just bought this piece. Looks hot (we mean her)!

The Post quotes a local Realtor as saying the house "is beautiful inside and out .... Lauren found a gem. This area is so happening right now. Lauren fell in love with the place the minute she walked in the door and said, 'I want it!'"

Lauren Conrad is set to move into the luxury home in around six weeks time. All we have to say is a house party better be in order! On camera of course!

We also hope she rents out some bedrooms to Whitney Port and Audrina Patridge. Let's just turn this place into the Hills party pad already.
