Lauren Conrad Corrects Teen Vogue Rumors

Lauren Conrad wants to set the Teen Vogue record straight: she was not fired.

"No, no, it was a decision I made because I was kind of done," she told People. "I've been doing it for about two years, so I'm kind of done."

Conrad is but is leaning toward something in the fashion world for her next gig.

"I really like working backstage at fashion shows, so I'm looking kind of in production," she said. "I love it. It's like the most amazing high. It's like the best feeling."

Of course, she isn't quitting her day job any time soon: being Lauren Conrad on The Hills, which is returning for another season. And we might even see LC with a new guy on it.

"I hope so!" the cutie exclaimed.
